From a physical perspective your breath is your connection to life.  

Conscious Connected Breathing is a method used to heighten awareness and connected to your feelings. This can free your body from physical tension, emotional blockages, stress and trauma. It can awaken a deeper meaning, like gratefulness, and other emotions, we have lost contact with. During the breathing session, you will learn to breathe fully into your rib cage, deep into your diaphragm and up to your chest area.

Breath work is a powerful and valuable tool, you can learn to use. We can check in to our breathing anytime, anyplace, anywhere. In our ever changing, busy, demanding life, we are faced with emotional, often difficult times. Moments of distress, feeling overwhelmed or a little lost. We often have little time to catch up with how we are feeling. Taking time out for yourself, and remembering the things that bring us joy, is a vital part of living. Life is for living and breathing, learning to to be in this moment now, can help you start to create a life you really want to live.
