We start with an intake, covering all the information necessary, for our session to begin. A large mat in available for you to lie down on. The setting of the room has been created for comfort and calmness. As your breathing coach I remain at your side guiding you through your breathing session. There is no talking for you, just breathing. We build your breathing up slowly. You breathe in and out of your mouth, with no pauses between each breath, this is called conscious connected breathing. Emotions may arise, during the breathing session. I use pressure points, similar to acupressure, these pressure points can release blocked emotions, create body awareness, mental clarity, emotional balance, spiritual awareness and relaxation.

Breathing Circle A Group Connection Duration: approx. 90min
We work in 3 phases:
Phase 1: Conscious connected breathing, lasting between 30 and 40 mins.
Phase 2: Relaxation lasting approx. 15mins
