Breathing Sessions & Prices

We begin with an intake to go over anything important before the session starts. You’ll lie down on a large mat in a calm, comfortable space designed to help you relax.

As your breathing coach, I’ll be by your side, guiding you through the session. You won’t need to speak—just focus on your breath.

We ease into the breathing slowly. You’ll breathe in and out through your mouth, without pausing between breaths. This technique is called conscious connected breathing.

During the session, emotions may come up and that’s okay. I may use gentle pressure points, similar to acupressure, to help release blocked energy, increase body awareness, support emotional balance, and promote deep relaxation.

Health considerations for breathing circle: This practice is not recommended if you are pregnant, have severe PTSD, epilepsy, burnout, severe panic attacks, recent surgeries, severe asthma, high blood pressure, or cardiovascular disease.
