Welcome to our emotional grounding and breath work workshop. We invite you to expand your emotional scoop and learn how you are really feeling. Here you will learn simply yet powerful techniques to center your emotions, calm your mind, and tap into the healing power of your breathe. Whether you are looking to manage stress, or deepen your emotional awareness this workshop is for you.

In this workshop you will discover how grounding techniques and breath work can help you stay in the present moment. Breath work especially helps reset your nervous system, which assists in reducing anxiety and improving emotional clarity.
Feelings need to be felt not rationalised.

This workshop covers insight into:
- Being in the present moment
- Emotional grounding techniques
- Grasping your triggers/emotionally charger, before they take over
- Response instead of reaction
- A variety of breathing methods
- The power of Conscious connected breathing
- Working through blocked energy and pressure points
How do you know if this workshop for you?
Emotions can play havoc with your life, in personal and working relationships, with family and friends and with yourself. Finding a way to feel more centralized with your emotions, allows you to free up more rest in your mind and body. Learning to slow things down and responding instead of reacting, make life easier in all forms of communication.

This workshop is given in English, but understanding of the Dutch language especially in expressing your emotions is very welcome.
